Our Back to You: Your January Reset series invites you to ease into the new year with three soul-nourishing Wednesday evenings of gentle yoga, creativity, emotional wellness, and heartfelt community. Each event is designed to bring you back home to yourself after the holiday season; refilling your cup, resetting your energy, and reconnecting you with what matters most.

-January 7th - Dream Into Being: Vision Board Workshop + Mindful Movement with Amanda & Jennie.
We’ll begin with a grounding and energizing mindful movement + meditation practice to clear out the noise, reconnect with your body, and open the channels for creativity and intuition. This gentle flow sets the tone for deep clarity, so what you create comes from your truest self, not from pressure or expectations.

Then, you’ll be guided through a soulful and immersive Vision Board Workshop, where you’ll craft a visual roadmap for the year ahead. Through magazines, affirmations, inspiring prompts, and intuitive creativity, you’ll create a board that reflects what you’re ready to call in… whether it’s alignment, abundance, strength, healing, joy, or a complete energetic reset.

-January 14th - Cozy Yoga & Conversation: YOU Are the Vibe Night Gentle Yoga + Tea + Author Discussion with Amanda & Erica Knoll
We’ll begin with a warm and nurturing gentle yoga practice led by Amanda, interwoven with themes from YOU Are the Vibe; the empowering book that teaches you how to quiet negative noise, build confidence, drop comparison, set boundaries, and step fully into your power. Through grounding poses, mindful breath, and uplifting cues, you’ll open space inside yourself for clarity, healing, and possibility.

After yoga, we’ll gather with author Erica Knoll for tea and an intimate, open conversation centered around the book’s powerful chapter on affirmations; why they work, how to create ones that truly resonate, and how to use them to shift your energy, mindset, and entire life.

Together, we’ll explore:

✨ How to create affirmations that feel real, powerful, and personal
✨ How your energy shapes your thoughts & your life
✨ Simple ways to use affirmations daily for more alignment and confidence

-January 21st - Release & Reset: Gentle Yoga & EFT Tapping with Jennie & Sheida
If you’re ready to clear emotional clutter, soften stress, and reset your energy for the year ahead, this evening is made for you. We’ll begin with a calming gentle yoga practice guided by Jennie, designed to release tension from the body, ground your nervous system, and prepare you for deeper emotional work. Then Sheida will guide us into an empowering session of EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) a science-backed mind-body method that uses gentle tapping on specific acupressure points to release stuck emotions, limiting beliefs, and physical tension stored in the body.
