Class Descriptions

  • Simply put, this yoga class will meet the needs of all level practitioners. Focused on meeting the body where it is at in the moment. Teachers may choose to theme the class and offer you a mental focus or concentrate on a single pose or body part. Ultimately, we want you to leave your practice feeling grateful for your body, breath & mind.

  • Think gentle, slow moving & compassion toward the body. This practice is beginner friendly & will offer options and variations in poses & use of props as support when needed. Leave your mat feeling good!

  • Invite yourself onto your mat to relax the body & restore the mind. You will be offered a plethora of props to relax you into each posture. Including blankets, bolsters, blocks, eye pillows & straps. This class will include 5 to 7 postures that will be held for a period of a few minutes, allowing you to offer your body & mind full relaxation. Practice may also include meditations or readings throughout the class. All poses will be either seated or lying down.

  • This class will focus on lighting up the hips! We tend to carry a lot of our stress & emotions & tensions in our hips. We hope this class will help you to relieve some of that tension. In this practice we will place a lot of emphasis on hip opening poses lying down, seated & standing. Let’s move, breath & release!

  • Strengthen your center with flows that allow you to work your entire core! This class will help you to improve balance and stability while working all the abdominal and back muscles too.

  • Chair yoga is a practice that is beneficial to all. In these classes you will use the support of the chair to arrive in yoga poses, move, breathe & ultimately feel good! Benefits of chair yoga include increased mobility, increase strength, stretch the body, reduce stress, reduce pain & clear the mind.

    Chair yoga works hand & hand with physical therapy, promotes healing & is for all ages!

  • An intense physical practice (non-flow) designed to increase heart rate, sculpt and strengthen the core with a second target area occasionally integrated. This practice is open to all levels, including those who are looking to begin a workout routine. An all-levels flow is to follow this class so join Brittnay for a more mindful physical practice after!

  • An all-levels slow flow - less postures, longer holds and soft, graceful transitions – we will spend the last 20-25 minutes of class in restorative postures. This class is open to beginner to seasoned yogi's as variations will be offered throughout the class. Props will be made available to all.

  • Blending classic yoga poses & light strength training. Challenging your yoga practice using hand weights & fitness bands, all while incorporating repetition and mindful yoga principles along with breathwork.

  • This Low-Impact, Full-Body workout combines yoga and barre, fusing strength and stretching. It targets smaller muscle groups using optional light weights, small bursts of cardio, and traditional yoga poses. Get ready for an uplifting class that builds aerobic activity, muscle endurance, and boosts your energy. This class will leave you feeling balanced in mind, body and soul. Class may incorporate light hand weights and resistance bands. All levels welcome!

  • Let’s move! Enter this yoga class knowing you will leave feeling energized and maybe a bit sweaty! Get ready to get your heart rate up, stoke your inner fire, challenge your practice, build strength & as always link breath & movement.

  • A class for all bodies- and all levels! Class will include thorough, full-body stretches, coupled by integration of typical Vinyasa flows, to create a gently invigorating experience. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class will energize the body with flows in an accessible way and leave you feeling loose and limber.
