Reset your rhythm this spring with three special Wednesday evening experiences designed to help you set intentions, realign your energy, and ignite your inner fire.

Each week offers a unique experience that builds on the theme of recalibration. We’ll begin by setting the tone with intention and creative expression, move into finding alignment through deep stillness and meditation, and finish by igniting energy with an uplifting, high-energy yoga practice.

Whether you attend one evening or all three, this midweek series is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and step into spring feeling more grounded, inspired, and energized.

April 1st – Yoga & Intention Bracelet Making with Cathy Brown
We’ll start with a gentle yoga practice to help you slow down, reconnect, and reflect on the energy you want to bring into this new chapter of spring. After class, you’ll create a custom stamped metal bracelet featuring a word or short phrase that represents your personal intention.
Whether it’s strength, calm, trust, or courage, your bracelet becomes a wearable reminder of the energy you’re choosing to carry forward. No crafting experience needed. All tools, materials, and guidance are included.

-April 15thth – Yin Yoga & Recalibration Meditation with Christine, Amanda & Jennie
Slow down and reconnect with your inner compass. This calming evening combines the deep stillness of Yin Yoga with a guided recalibration meditation. Long, supported poses allow the body to gently release tension while encouraging the mind to soften and settle.
From this place of stillness, you’ll be guided through a meditation designed to help you reflect, realign, and reconnect with what feels most true for you right now. Perfect for anyone seeking grounding, clarity, and a moment of quiet in the middle of a busy season.

Turn up the music and spark your inner fire. This high-energy Buti Yoga class blends yoga, primal movement, cardio bursts, and powerful music to create an empowering full-body experience. Designed to release stagnant energy and awaken strength, this practice invites you to move freely, sweat it out, and reconnect with your power.
