Reiki, or universal energy, works with the body's energy to promote inner harmony and peace. Reiki works on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Reiki clients typically are seeking relaxation, guidance, emotional clarity, and/or physical healing.
Sheida Abbasi is a certified Reiki Master located in NJ, offering her services in person and internationally through Distance Reiki Sessions. Her expertise in Reiki allows individuals to release deep-seated trauma triggers and dispel negative energy, empowering them to regain control of their lives. Through these sessions, clients experience a profound reduction in stress, anxiety, fear, and depression, fostering a sense of inner strength, pain and well-being.
Please note: This is an intuitively guided practice that may include several modalities. Generally, expect no touch, or light touch if you are comfortable with that. You remain fully clothed, so wear something comfortable.
