Slow down and soften into the season with a deeply relaxing evening by the ocean. Enjoy restorative yoga, guided meditation, reiki, sound healing, essential oils, eye pillows, and ocean breezes as you release stress and embrace the slower rhythm of summer.

We will provide props for this event. Please bring an oversize blanket to practice & relax on.
This experience takes place oceanside on the beach at Magee Ave, Lavallette. If inclement weather arises, the class will be moved in studio and you will be notified via email or text.

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.

• Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice. A courtesy cancellation must be done by email (ThisIsYogaNJ@gmail.com) or text to 732-854-4858.  This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.

• Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.

• No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.

For any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.
