Slow down and soften into the season with an evening of restorative beach yoga and Reiki healing by the ocean. Supported postures, calming breathwork, and gentle energy healing will help you release stress, refill your cup, and settle into summer feeling grounded and renewed.
Led by Amanda & Sheida, this nourishing experience blends restorative yoga and Reiki energy healing to support deep relaxation and balance. All levels welcome.
Props required (please bring to the beach):
-Two towels or blankets (to roll and fold for support)
-One bed pillow
-Optional: eye pillow or small hand towel to use as an eye pillow
A peaceful and restorative experience on the sand, designed to help you fully exhale into summer.
This experience takes place oceanside on the beach at Magee Ave, Lavallette. If inclement weather arises, the class will be moved in studio and you will be notified via email or text.

Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice. A courtesy cancellation must be done by email (ThisIsYogaNJ@gmail.com) or text to 732-854-4858. This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.
Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.
No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.
For any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.
