Did you know sound therapy for children helps to improve their listening, learning and communication skills. It also helps them to begin to understand and regulate their emotions. 

We will begin with a sound meditation allowing the children to explore how the different sounds make them feel and where they sense the vibration in their bodies. This will help them gain a better understanding of the connection between the physical and emotional body. 

Children will then get a chance to play some of the sound healing instruments to let their innate healing abilities shine.
