LAST YOGA HIKE UNTIL SPRING 2022!!

Join us Sunday December 12th at Jakes Branch County Park.

Please check your email the day before our hike in case of a cancellation.

We will meet at 8:50am in the parking lot sign in and gather.

This event will be roughly two hours including hiking, meditation, essential oils, tea & yoga, allowing us to connect with nature & community. We will have a pre-hike YOGA WARM UP, we will HIKE, MID HIKE MEDITATION & YOGA in the grass.

PLEASE BRING:

-Travel Mug for Tea

-Light Backpack to Carry Mug

-Blanket or Yoga Mat (you can keep in car until yoga)

-Water

-Friends!!

This YOGA HIKE is weather permitting! Please wear layers, dress accordingly & wear warm socks/shoes that you don't mind getting muddy! Thank you!!
