Join Amanda & Vibe Sessions with Kate for a relaxing release of 2020. This experience will combine a restorative yoga class with the healing touch of a crystal singing bowl sound bath. Poses will be held for a period of a few minutes, allowing you to offer your body full relaxation and take in Vibe Sessions experience.

You will be required to bring to studio (or collect for virtual practice) for props due to COVID-19 policies:

-Two towels or blankets that can be rolled up and folded

-Two bed billows

-Optional to bring an eye pillow or small hand towel to use an eye pillow.
