Join Shamanic Energy Healer, Kate Cannataro, for an Autumn Equinox Celebration to welcome in the energy of Fall. This is a powerful time to activate a new growth cycle by planting new intentions for the days ahead. It is also a time to celebrate the harvest that Mother Earth abundantly shares.

We will begin the night with a meditation to explore the seeds/intentions we wish to see blossom come Fall. As a community, we will come together to welcome in the equinox as we set our intentions while creating a sacred mandala,. We will end the night with a high vibrational and melodic sound experience using a combination of Shamanic Reiki and Crystal Singing Bowls. Kate will hold space as you release physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual stress helping you to walk into Fall feeling cleansed and rejuvenated.
