Friday June 7th 6pm PLEASE COME EARLY WE WILL MEET AT 5:50pm outside the Nature Center! Cost is $20 which will include our guided hike through the main trail & blue/white trails, 30 min yoga stretch/mediation & 30 minutes of yoga on the beach concluded with a snack and tea for the hike back This event will be about 2 hours long! Be sure to grab your friend & a water!
