This event is designed to be all about you!!! We will be practicing 45 minutes to an hour of yoga designed to cultivate self love and ultimately feel good in body, breathe & mind! Our goal here is to LOVE YOURSELF, YES YOU!! Our last hour will be spent making things to spoil yourself, including; -make your own coconut/essential oil sugar scrub -create your own doTERRA Essential Oil Blend for diffusing/aroma therapy -writing yourself a few small love notes/feel good affirmations to set aside for when your feeling down as the perfect reminder that the ultimate love is SELF LOVE!
